Yes! One of the key components to trauma-informed care is to create a physically and emotionally safe environment for all clients. Oftentimes clients feel safest in their home, and teletherapy makes this possible across Vermont and Pennsylvania , whether you are in Burlington, VT, or Haverford, PA.

In sessions with me, you can expect that we will start with a history taking sessions where I ask a lot about you and what you have been experiencing. After this sessions are a mix of skill building and talk therapy sessions, as we get to know each other and build trust. Once we post have determined that you feel stabile in your skills, we will enter the reprocessing phase of EMDR therapy, where we will go and digest past memories that have gotten stuck, and are therefore causing current symptoms and distress.
