I provide fully tele-health based EMDR therapy so that you can access therapy from the comfort and ease of your own home. Telehealth allows you to access therapy more conveniently, cutting out commutes to the therapy office.

I currently utilized Simple Practice as my electronic health record. This platform provides HIPPA compliant video services for our sessions. A link will be emailed and texted to your before our session and take you to the secure video. As a back up I provide client’s a link to the platform Doxy, incase of any technology failures, and we need to utilize a different video platform.

I only provide online tele-therapy sessions to adults who are currently located in Vermont or Pennsylvania.

I see clients virtually Monday-Thursday 9am-3:30pm.

My rate is $200 for a 53-minute session.
I can also provide monthly super-bills if you would like to use out-of-network benefits to pay for sessions. This would mean you pay for sessions at the time of service and then you submit a receipt called a “super-bill” to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. Additionally I accept credit, debit and HSA/FSA cards as payment.

During our first session I begin getting to know you by asking questions about your history and symptoms. This session is an information gathering appointment so that I can accurately provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. Subsequent sessions in therapy tend to work best if you come to therapy with content you want to share, and practice skills between sessions. We typically have only one appointment a week, so most change occurs during the week between sessions.

Therapy is a very individualized and personal process. Often as we get to know each other, I may learn more about you and what it is important for you to focus on. There is not a set time frame on how long therapy takes. For some it might take a couple of months, while for others it may be years- depending on one’s goals. We will periodically discuss your goals, and how therapy is feeling, allowing you to make an informed choice about when therapy is “done” for now.

The No Surprises Act, effective January 1st, 2022, aims to protect consumers from unexpectedly high medical bills, particularly for emergency services and certain non-emergency services from out-of-network providers at in-network facilities. For uninsured or self-pay individuals, providers must provide a “good faith estimate” of the cost of services before they are rendered, allowing clients to understand potential costs. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 than your Good Faith Estimate for the year, you can dispute the bill. Please keep a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
This Good Faith Estimate does not account for unplanned fees such as late cancellations, no-show fees, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges, case management fees, court litigation fees, or other financial arrangements determined on a case by case form.
