    You Might Be Feeling

Constantly on edge, and anxious, even when from the outside your life “looks fine”. You may be emotionally exhausted from holding everything together. You constantly feel like “you’re too much or not enough”. This likely is impacting your relationship with yourself and other’s in your life. None of this is your fault. These symptoms are your nervous system’s way of telling you that you are stuck in a survival state due to past experiences that have not been effectively processed.

You don’t have to do start out on this journey alone. Together, we can begin to untangle what’s keeping you stuck and help you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again.

    What is EMDR Therapy?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps your brain and body process overwhelming or distressing experiences without needing to retell every detail. EMDR works differently than other therapies in that instead of talking about your symptoms, we trace them back to their root so the body can naturally heal memories that initially got stuck. EMDR works by gently helping your nervous system let go of stuck memories, beliefs, or sensations so that you can move forward with less anxiety, shame, or fear.

    It’s especially helpful for:

-PTSD and trauma (recent or long ago)
    -Panic attacks and chronic anxiety
    -Low self-esteem and people-pleasing patterns
-Feelings of being “not good enough”
-Flashbacks, nightmares, or emotional triggers that feel out of your control
